Chapman Corporation supplies fabricated pipe, metal and plate for projects through our internal fabrication shops.
A 54,000 sq. ft. Pipe Fabrication Shop constructed in 2012 contains indoor blasting, paint facilities and a computerized cutting machine utilizing both oxyacetylene and plasma cutting systems.
The shop specializes in the assembly of pipe spools, custom skids, valve sets and launchers/receivers. We utilize SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and FCAW weld processes with high pressure testing performed in-house to DOT 192 standards.
Our 42,000 sq. ft. Metal Fabrication Shop is capable of fabricating anything from light gauge duct to structural steel and plate, including platforms, ladders, supports structures, handrails and electrical towers.
